Dad dresses like Spider-Man to surprise son battling cancer

This is one heck of a birthday surprise.

Freerunner Mike Wilson decided to arrange a special surprise for his 5-year-old son, Jayden, on his birthday, dressing like Spider-Man and surprising him at the front door.

Jayden was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain stem tumor and is estimated to have one year to live, according to the video description. Thanks to a custom Spider-Man costume and an athletic dad he'll have a moment that will last forever.
