Both look like a lost cause. Is there any reason for fantasy owners to trust them anymore?

It's taken a long time, but the Oakland Raiders may have finally given up on running backs Darren McFadden and Maurice Jones-Drew. Their carries figure to go south against the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday.

McFadden has been particularly bad over the past three weeks, averaging just 1.96 yards on his 28 carries with his eight catches for 69 yards. What's more, he didn't carry the ball for a single first down over that span, so it's pretty obvious the Raiders are about done, and his carry total is trending down.

As for Jones-Drew, he wasn't much better. He has six games with a yards-per-carry average failing to top 2.0, and he's at 2.1 on the season. Yikes.

The Chiefs have been the fifth-toughest defense against fantasy running backs, and both of these guys are going to lose touches to Latavius Murray.

Fantasy impact: There is almost no reason to even own these guys. Cut them for someone else before they lock on your bench.
