The Buccaneers receiver has been a hit-or-miss fantasy play. Can he step up in Week 12?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson has been hard fantasy option to trust this season. He's coming off a disappointing 3 catches for 43 yards last week, which means Jackson has only topped the 100-yard receiving mark once this year and hasn't found the end zone since Week 4. Jackson started the season as the team's number one receiver, but that is no longer the case due to the emergence of seventh-overall NFL draft pick Mike Evans. The red-hot rookie has hauled in an impressive 21 receptions for 458 yards and five touchdowns over the last three weeks. With Evans producing at such an elite level, Jackson has been relegated to the number two option.

Fantasy Impact: Jackson has a decent match up this week in the Chicago Bears. Their mediocre secondary gives up the 14th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. While Jackson still offers some upside, his inconsistency and recent decrease in targets leave him as an average WR3 play.
