Good morning. According to Greek Norse mythology, or more accurately according to Greek mythology as explained by the Thor comics, Ragnarok is the end of all life. That's certainly how the NBA felt on Wednesday due to exceeding amounts of crazy. Therefore, instead of the usual roundup, we will power rank the most wild bits of action and then finish up with a few more links.

Let's basketball.

1. Solomon Hill game winner. If you knew what team he was on without looking, bless you, you are a god.

2. TRIPLE OVERTIME. Because Brandon Knight botched a game-winning layup. Bucks still win. Jason Kidd dances on Nets' grave.

3. The Lakers won again. Nick Young is 2-0 this season.

4. RAPTORS COMEBACK. RAPTORS 9-2.

5. LeBron loses to the Spurs on a game-ending turnover.

6. James Harden's Georgia O'Keefe sweater.

7. Dirk gets injured, leaves the court and comes back for a dagger three.

8. Crushing Pistons loss.

9. John Wall took Chandler Parsons' soul.

If you want all the recaps of the action, see our NBA Scores hub. I hope Midgard is reborn before Thursday night. (I didn't say I actually understand Greek mythology, even Marvel's version.)

NOW FOR THE REST ...

KIDD BLASTIN': Jason Kidd didn't really mince words in his return to Brooklyn.

SNEAKY: The Raptors showed a video tribute to Vince Carter upon the Grizzlies' visit. Vince was moved to tears.

BLATT'S LEARNING CURVE: Woj on David Blatt's first month.

10 YEARS LATER: How Malice at the Palace changed six careers. Kelly Dwyer's meditation was also really worth reading.

SOMEWHERE THE UNION CAN HELP IMMEDIATELY: Good to hear from Ken Berger that the players' union is investigating Jason Kidd's agent's role in getting Larry Drew fired in Milwaukee and whether that agent, Jeff Schwartz, is violating rules that prohibit agents from repping players and coaches/GMs.

RONDON'T: Howard Beck on what the Celtics can do with Rajon Rondo.

JEFF TAYLOR UPDATE: Suspended 24 games for a guilty plea on misdemeanor battery charges relating to a domestic violence incident. (He has admitted to shoving and slapping his girlfriend in a hotel.) He's been on paid leave from the Hornets, but that pay will be revoked and he'll be eligible to return in about three weeks.

THE BIG MAN RENAISSANCE: I do think that game has done changed, but Andrew Sharp makes a compelling case.

NEW SERIES ALERT: Sarah Kogod X Marcin Gortat X Video.

ON DENVER: I wrote about how Masai Ujiri fits into the Nuggets' disaster. He's responsible for much of that roster.

WELP: Josh Smith and Stan Van Gundy don't seem to be getting on together.

THANK YOU, JC: Jason Collins retires a year after his final act of NBA bravery. And not to trivialize the impact of his story, but his Players' Tribune story has an All-Star headline.

TONIGHT: Clippers-Heat at 8 ET. Bulls-Kings at 10:30. TNT. Boogie on national TV. Pack away your fragile items.

Happy Thursday. See you next time.
