Kentucky high school senior delivers the most heartwarming prom proposal ever

Trey Moses, a high school senior at Eastern High in Louisville, Kentucky, who's committed to Ball State to play basketball, decided to ask his best friend, who happens to have Down Syndrome, to prom.

But instead of asking her in person, he sent out a tweet that will absolutely melt your heart.
