Michael Grabner made an impressive play to kick the puck up to his stick and looked like he had a sure goal. It's just, Jake Allen made an even better save to make sure he didn't:

Grabner would later get a chance to celebrate a goal, as the Islanders broke the game wide-open and added two tallies in the final two minutes of the first. Ryan Strome scored off a turnover by Kevin Shattenkirk, while Grabmer scored with 20 seconds left in the period.
The Islanders lead heading into the second period, 3-0.
