The fine people of New Orleans love to hate on Roger Goodell. Maybe it's a Bountygate thing, or the fact he's a reprehensible human being -- either way they nailed it once again.

Alas, there's no giant vagina this year but we did get him dressed like a referee with a bag full or money and a whistle that reads "blow me."
