Make it three straight double-doubles for Russell Westbrook.
The Oklahoma City Thunder were without Kevin Durant for the second straight night and for the second straight night Durant's absence was no problem thanks to Russell Westbrook. Westbrook scored 33 points to go along with 10 rebounds and seven assists on Saturday, but was a bit inefficient making just 12-of-27 shots.
That was not the case on Sunday.
Westbrook scored 21 points, dished out 17 assists, grabbed eight rebounds on Sunday and did so in just 27 minutes. Oh and he made 8-of-12 shots from the field. That stat line was good enough to join some elite company.

Although he was nearly perfect, there was one issue on Sunday. Westbrook made just 3-of-5 free throw attempts, snapping a streak of 45 straight makes from the charity stripe. Back to the drawing board.
Scott Brooks on Westbrook tonight: "He was nearly flawless except for the two free throws he missed which we'll work on tomorrow."
