That was some deadline. SUBSCRIBE!

Good evening. Holy mackerel. Let's trade deadline.

THE MASTER LIST: If you just want a list of everything that happened, here you go.

IN LIKE A LAMB ... We didn't expect a wild NBA trade deadline entering this week. Then Goran Dragic and Reggie Jackson requested trades. Then their teams granted their wishes.

Here's the shakeout ...

OH OH IT'S DRAGIC! Dragic and his kid brother got traded to Miami for a couple of picks, one of which is 2021 unprotected first-rounder. Pat Riley is planning on retiring in 2020, apparently. A bunch of other players also moved around in that deal. Norris Cole ended up in New Orleans. John Salmons, who is still in the NBA, goes to Miami, which will totally be wasted on him.

Then the Suns turned around and traded that protected Lakers pick to the Sixers and Miles Plumlee and Tyler Ennis to Milwaukee. The Sixers sent Michael Carter-Williams to Milwaukee! (Here's Mike Prada on the Sixers' ever-extending timeline.) The Bucks sent Brandon Knight to Phoenix! None of those players or assets (with the exception of Plumlee) were believed to be in play. HOLY HECK.

THEN the Suns dealt Isaiah Thomas to Boston for Cleveland's 2016 pick and Marcus Thornton. So the Suns traded Dragic AND Thomas, replacing them with Knight and more picks.

I wrote about how the Suns completely set the deadline on fire.

REGGIE TIME: Jackson ended up in Detroit, with the Thunder taking on Kyle Singler, D.J. Augustin, Steve Novak and Enes Kanter in the shakeout. Utah ended up with an OKC first, a Detroit second, Kendrick Perkins and the rights to Tibor Pleiss.Perk is going to get bought out, and the Bulls have been mentioned as a potential landing place.

OREGON AFFLALO: Arron Afflalo got sent to the Blazers for Thomas Robinson and a pick. Portland is serious! Separately, Denver shipped JaVale McGee and a pick to the (guess who?) 76ers for a Turkish player drafted in 2005 with zero NBA games under his belt.

THE BIGGEST TICKET: Kevin Garnett actually waived his no-trade clause to return to the Timberwolves. And apparently he's interested in playing there next year, too! What a world.

There were some other moves, but those are the big ones. And boy, were they big.

We'll be back in the morning with the aftermath. Assuming the NBA hasn't burned to the ground by then.

Happy Thursday! Enjoy Thunder-Mavs and Clippers-Spurs.
