One of the best parts about watching a sporting event with Twitter open is that so many smart people are also watching the game and can chime in with things that you want to know. For example, is it better to run through the bag or slide into first base, as Eric Hosmer did in Game 7?

Sure, you do slow down when you leave your feet, but you also gain extension. At least we think that's what is going on here. Eh, who cares... TWITTER FIGHT!
