The College Football Playoff has brought us spectacular punts.
Both Ohio State and Alabama have weaponized punters. The Buckeyes have Australian import Cam Johnston, who as of now is averaging 58.5 yards per punt in the Sugar Bowl. Alabama has JK Scott, who was ranked the No. 1 punter in the nation in high school, and is averaging 60.6 yards per punt.
The Internet appreciates this very much:
This game is the Florence of a beautiful punting Renaissance.

Both punters having good games. #Alabama #OhioState Remember #Jaguars drafted a punter 5 picks BEFORE the #Seahawks drafted Russell Wilson.

Best punting I've ever seen by both teams' kickers -- and I covered NFL for 12 years. Johnston and Scott are amazing.

Feels weird to say but this is the most well-punted game I've ever seen. #OSUvsBAMA #SugarBowl

This game is a showcase for beautiful, majestic punts. Tressel will commission a Blu-Ray of this.
