It had all been going so well for Sergio Garcia, the precocious Spaniard who is still searching for that first major championship. He's been perfect all day, particularly tee-to-green. But that's always been the strength of his game. He's one of the best ball-strikers in the world. The issue at these major championships is the putter, and it hadn't been a problem for him until 13th hole.

This missed bunny, however, I choose to blame on ESPN's Sean McDonough.

With Rickie Fowler and Rory McIlroy separating from the pack, that birdie would have gone a long way towards Sergio's inclusion at the party. Now let's see if it affects him the rest of the way, as has so often been the case with Garcia.
