The Tour de France will take a break after Sunday's stage, allowing the riders to rest for a trio of mountain stages to begin the week.
Alexander Kristoff used the last meters of Stage 15 of the Tour de France to sprint to victory at Nîmes, claiming his second stage win on the Tour this year. His winning time on Sunday was 4:56:43, which was awarded to the next 68 cyclists.

Jack Bauer led the stage for most of the day, competing with Martin Elmiger for a long stretch, but couldn't keep up with Kristoff and the other sprints as the finish line approached.
Vincenzo Nibalo still maintains the overall lead at 66:49:37, finishing with the same time as Kristoff on the stage and holding a four-minute and 37-second lead over Alejandro Valverde Belmonte in the general classification. Peter Sagan holds nearly a 200-point lead for the green jersey lead.
The riders take Monday off for a rest day at Carcassonne before starting the first of three straight mountain stages. On Tuesday, Stage 16 starts at Carcassonne, includes five climbs (including a category H at Port de Balè), and ends at Bagnères-de-Luchon.
