If you've ever watched the obstacle course show "American Ninja Warrior," you know that its defining trait is that basically no one can complete it. Lovable goofballs, Crossfit goons, personal trainers, Navy SEALs ... the course chews people up and spits them out.

But then along comes a five-foot-tall, 100-pound gymnast. And she completely kicks the course's ass. Like with feats of strength.

And by RUNNING STRAIGHT UP A DANG WALL.

And by being the first woman to ever complete the salmon ladder.
