Colt McCoy led Washington to overtime over the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football and emerged victorious. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

This was a classic game between Washington and the Dallas Cowboys, with all the drama you would expect of this rivalry. Colt McCoy started out slow in the first half but caught fire and led Washington to an overtime win over division rival the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas lost Tony Romo for much of the second half but Brandon Weeden played well in relief. However, it was McCoy leading the scoring drive in overtime, setting up a successful Kai Forbath 40-yard field goal. Romo made a valiant effort to lead the Cowboys to a score but the Cowboys turned the ball over on downs. It was one of the best Monday Night Football games of the season.

Let's look at the fantasy numbers shall we?

Colt McCoy: He has been very good coming in to lead Washington to a pair of wins, with little preparation time. Through only one start and two games, McCoy is 36 of 42 for 427 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He added seven rushes for 16 yards and a touchdown against the Cowboys, as well. With Robert Griffin III close to returning, McCoy won't hold the job long but he could hold it until Washington is assured Griffin is healthy.

Alfred Morris: Morris rumbled to 73 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries as Washington's offense made plays against a Dallas defense that had been surprisingly stout this season. Morris still doesn't have much value in the passing game but Roy Helu is clearly a distant second to him, snagging only five carries in the run game and two targets in the passing game. Morris will remain a must start across all fantasy leagues.

DeSean Jackson: There were some early miscues between Jackson and McCoy and head coach Jay Gruden hinted of an intervention in the locker room at halftime. It worked as the two connected in the second half. Jackson didn't find the end zone but he finished with six receptions on seven targets and 136 receiving yards. Jackson is on pace for more than 1,200 yards receiving and has three receiving touchdowns on the year.

Jordan Reed: Reed's night started out very quiet but he came on strong in the fourth quarter and made several key plays to extend drives. His stat line wasn't exciting with only seven receptions for 40 yards, but it was a nice preview of what the talented tight end can do when healthy and has a quarterback who can find him. Reed caught every pass sent his way, as McCoy looked for him to make crucial plays at the end of the game. Keep an eye on the quarterback situation but Reed's upside makes hims an attractive flex option. Washington will face the Minnesota Vikings in Week 9, and they have been very stingy against tight ends.
