The Astros outfielder welcomes back Seattle's Taijuan Walker with a mammoth blast to left field at Minute Maid Park on Monday night.

Astros rookie George Springer has already impressed fans with his power this season, but his home run off Mariners starter Taijuan Walker on Monday night might just be his biggest blast yet.

Springer launched a 2-0 fastball from Walker deep into the Houston night, and for a while, it didn't look like the ball was going to come down. The ball eventually did land well over the bleacher seats in left field at Minute Maid Park, marking Springer's 16th home run in 2014.

The 24-year-old is now batting .247/.353/.486 in 286 plate appearances this season.

His home run Monday night was a pretty stunning example of what made Springer such a highly touted prospect down in the minors:
