The Swede's ace came on just his second hold of the third round Saturday, and awarded one woman a year's worth of mortgage payments.

The Quicken Loans National, nee AT&T National, has settled in nicely on the PGA Tour's rota and is now in its eighth year as the signature event hosted by Tiger Woods. But on Saturday afternoon during the third round, we finally got our first hole-in-one in this tournament at Congressional.

Sweden's Peter Hanson pulled off the ace at Congressional's 233-yard second hole, ripping an iron up the chute and bouncing it in off the flagstick.

That's a quick way to pick up two strokes on the field, but unfortunately for Hanson, that was sandwiched around two bogeys so he came out of the first three holes in the same position he started the round.

With Quicken Loans now the title sponsor at this tourney, the ace also resulted in an award for Arline Deacon of Fayetteville, Ga. As the winner of a random drawing triggered by the hole-in-one, she will now have her mortgage payments taken care of for a year. Quicken will now do that for every ace at PGA Tour events for the rest of the year (Hanson's is the 11th of this season).
