Colombia have kept Jackson Martinez up front to replace Victor Ibarbo as they take on Uruguay, while Diego Forlan starts.


Colombia have retained Jackson Martinez in the starting lineup after his excellent display for Japan, with Victor Ibarbo dropping back to the substitutes bench.


Martinez bagged a brace in the game and was aided by the excellent James Rodriguez, who starts on the left for Colombia with Juan Cuadrado on the opposite flank.


Uruguay meanwhile go back to a 3-5-2, with Diego Forlan coming in to replace Luis Suarez in attack. Edinson Cavani is the main man up front, and Cristian Rodriguez will have to supply much of the creativity in midfield with Nicolas Lodeiro being dropped once again to the bench after the Italy game.
