Costa Rica fans freak out after beating Greece in penalties (as they should)

Costa Rica wasn't supposed to make it to the World Cup quarterfinal, but they did -- and they're partying.

Costa Rica is the Cinderella story of the World Cup: After topping England and Uruguay and Italy to win their group, they held off Greece in penalties being down to 10 men for the entirety of extra time. The Ticos and their fans deserve to celebrate.
