The Bruins grabbed a 2-1 lead in the second period on the rookie's highlight-reel goal.
Boston Bruins rookie Seth Griffith is having himself a game. He's helped give the Bruins a 2-1 lead in the second period against the Minnesota Wild by scoring both goals, and the second one was a beauty reminiscent of legendary Bruin Bobby Orr.
With the game tied 1-1, Gregory Campbell drew the Wild defense to him and connected with Griffith as he drove to the net, and Griffith flew through the air after beating Niklas Backstrom.
Oh, did you need to see that from another angle?
Griffith's big night continued late in the second with an assist on a Milan Lucic goal that made it 3-1.
