The Rams quarterback threw for two touchdowns and ran for another. We break down the fantasy implications.

St. Louis Rams quarterback Shaun Hill led the team to a victory over the Denver Broncos in Week 11, but that was mainly using a conservative, don't-make-mistakes gameplan. On Sunday, he led the way to another win, and this time it was a dominant effort, as the Rams beat the Oakland Raiders, 52-0.

Hill only finished with 183 yards on 13-of-22 passing, but had two touchdown passes against no turnovers. He also added a touchdown run. That was good for 21 fantasy points, and the Rams added three more rushing touchdowns and an interception return for a score. The Rams are now 5-7 against the second-toughest strength of schedule in the league this season.

Fantasy impact: Hill still isn't likely to be a fantasy option, but the team has managed his situation well, and the weapons around him have performed well enough that he's a defensible option if things are desperate.

Ultimately, Hill probably needs to stay on the waiver wire. He had 21 fantasy points Sunday in the dreamiest matchup possible; it's hard to imagine he could reach that total again, let alone top it. He's a low-end QB2 going forward.
