Both Argentina and Belgium have made changes to their starting lineups ahead of their World Cup quarterfinal clash.

For Argentina, defenders Martín Demichelis and José Basanta and midfielder Lucas Biglia come into the lineup in place of Federico Fernández, Fernando Gago and the suspended Marcos Rojo, though their attacking four is unchanged.

Belgium coach Marc Wilmots, meanwhile, has elected to start Kevin Mirallas over Dries Mertens on the right side of his attack. Divock Origi keeps his place ahead of Romelu Lukaku as the Red Devils' lone striker, while Marouane Fellaini continues alongside Axel Witsel in the midfield pivot.

Argentina starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Sergio Romero; José Basanta, Ezequiel Garay, Martín Demichelis, Pablo Zabaleta; Javier Mascherano, Lucas Biglia; Ángel di Maria, Lionel Messi, Ezequiel Lavezzi; Gonzalo Higuaín.

Belgium starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Thibaut Courtois; Jan Vertonghen, Vincent Kompany, Daniel van Buyten, Toby Alderweireld; Axel Witsel, Marouane Fellaini; Eden Hazard, Kevin de Bruyne, Kevin Mirallas; Divock Origi.
