Colin Kaepernick usually take cares of business against the Rams. Will fantasy owners want to count on him?
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick hasn't had many big games this season. He only has three games with multiple passing TDs and has been held in check in two of his last three games.
However, that exception in the past three weeks was a magnificent game against the St. Louis Rams, totaling three passing scores, 343 passing yards and 37 rushing yards. He also beat up on the Rams last season with a passer rating of more than 111 in both games last season. He'll get a chance to put up another big game against them in Week 9.
The Rams have been destroyed lately on defense with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson putting up one of the best fantasy games of the season against them in Week 7. They are the 28th-worst defense in stopping fantasy quarterbacks and can't get sacks of the quarterback. Kap is going to have his weapons ready and he'll be at home, so just about everything is in his favor.
Fantasy impact: He should be in just about all lineups Sunday with a very high upside and a safe floor, as well.
