Arian Foster is questionable but is expected to play against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster is officially questionable for the team's Week 13 game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Foster has a groin injury that has bothered him for the past three weeks, causing him to miss two games.
Alfred Blue has been starting in his place, and the rookie picked up an impressive 156 yards against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. But last week, Blue came up short against the Cincinnati Bengals, picking up just 46 yards on 16 carries, a per-carry average of 2.9 yards. Foster has been excellent when active, with 161 carries for 822 yards and seven touchdowns. He had just 56 yards before going down with an injury against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 9, but he's put up over 100 yards in each of the six games in which he's healthy.
Fantasy Impact: Foster is listed as questionable, but he is expected to play. While that's supposed to denote a 50 percent chance of playing, it would be a big surprise if he missed the game. He's been practicing all week and should be considered a must-start against a bad Titans run defense.
