The recruitment of the long cover corner is starting to take shape.
Fulfilling a promise made earlier in the week, Houston (Texas) Lamar cornerback Holton HIll released his top five schools on Twitter early Friday afternoon:

Hill is currently taking an official visit to Florida State, which is his first official visit of the fall.
The most notable thing about his list was the absence of one of his perceived favorites -- Texas A&M. This fall, he had taken two unofficial visits to College Station and Hill's recruitment was once thought to be a battle between the Longhorns and the Aggies.
But Texas is now the team remaining from that duo as Hill begins to consider programs from across the country like Alabama and LSU.
He has said that he plans on taking all five official visits before making his decision, so his travel itinerary should be full over the weeks leading up to National Signing Day and since there are four visits remaining and four schools in his top five he hasn't visiting officially this fall, it would stand to reason that those would be the schools receiving upcoming visits.
However, it's not clear that Hill currently has any visits scheduled.
Hill is one of the top uncommitted cornerbacks in the country and is a consensus four-star prospect ranked as the No. 113 player nationally, the No. 12 cornerback, and the No. 14 player in the state of Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
The 6'2, 188-pounder also holds a national offer list -- Arkansas, California, Maryland, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, TCU, Texas Tech, and UCLA are among the schools that have also offered Hill.
Is there currently a favorite?
The Houston Lamar product hasn't named one publicly, but Texas leads in his 247Sports Crystal Ball rankings with 60% of his predictions, while Baylor trails at 30%. Now apparently eliminated, Texas A&M has 5%, while Florida State also has 5%.
