He finally had a big game in Week 12. Should fantasy owners look to use him this week?
San Diego Chargers receiver Keenan Allen was expected to have big season after a breakout in 2013. Well, it hasn't quite happened yet, but Week 12 did give his fantasy owners some hope.
Allen caught six balls for 104 yards and one score against the St. Louis Rams last week. He's also caught at least four balls in each of his last four games, so the consistency is starting to come around after a putrid start.
He gets a great matchup this week against the Baltimore Ravens, who are the second-easiest matchup for fantasy receivers on the season. They just gave up 284 yards to receivers alone in Week 12 against the New Orleans Saints and also gave up 254 to receivers three games ago against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy impact: Allen does have some risk, but there is probably enough reward to start him this week. He should be viewed as a mid-level WR2.
