Latavius Murray will not play in Oakland's game against the Rams on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Oakland Raiders running back Latavius Murray has been ruled out for Week 13 with a concussion. Murray did not pass his final concussion test on Friday and had to be ruled out for the game against the St. Louis Rams. It's a big loss for the Raiders, as Murray was emerging as a potential every-down back for the team.

Murray is in his second season, and has only taken carries in five games this year. But he did do plenty with the eight carries he had in his last two games, against the San Diego Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs -- he carried the ball four times for 43 yards against the Chargers, and took four carries for 112 yards and two touchdowns against the Chiefs before exiting in the first quarter due to his concussion.

Fantasy Impact: Murray has a ton of fantasy value, but he won't be playing against the Rams on Sunday. Fantasy owners should hold on to him, as he should be good to go for Week 14 and could be the difference-maker in pivotal late-season matchups.
