Larry Fitzgerald missed another practice and his Week 13 status is uncertain. We break down the fantasy implications.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald was held out of practice again Thursday. It's the second day in a row he has been unable to practice and his status is questionable for Sunday's Week 13 game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Ftizgerald suffered a sprained MCL in Week 12 and missed last week's loss to the Seattle Seahawks. His knee hasn't responded as fast as the coaches had hoped and Fitzgerald is in danger of missing his second game after playing in 110 consecutive games from 2007-14. He has 46 catches for 658 yards and two touchdowns on the season.
Fantasy impact: Michael Floyd and John Brown will be the starting receivers if Fitzgerald can't go. Floyd should have the fantasy boost as the new No. 1 guy, but he was held to zero carries against the Seahawks defense. Look for him to have a bounce-back performance this week, although Floyd remains a boom-or-bust WR3 matching up against Desmond Trufant.
