The 49ers veteran is putting together a nice season. Can he keep up the pace in Week 10?
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Anquan Boldin is exceeding expectations in his second year in the Bay Area. The 12-year veteran is on pace to finish the season with 90 catches for 1,080 yards and four touchdowns, and he currently leads the team in both receptions and receiving yards. The absence of injured tight end Vernon Davis has also helped him rack up numbers. Boldin hasn't hit the 100-yard receiving mark in any game this year but he's been extremely consistent and he's a guy who the 49ers, as well as fantasy owners, can count on. The 34-year-old is averaging over five catches per game and a respectable 12 YPC.
Fantasy Impact: Boldin has a juicy matchup this week in the New Orleans Saints. Their secondary allows the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Expecting WR1 production out of Boldin wouldn't be realistic but he remains a solid WR3 with upside for more this week, especially in PPR formats.
