Sammy Watkins has a groin injury and is questionable for Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Watkins is dealing with a groin injury he sustained at practice on Wednesday. He was forced to leave practice due to the injury, and then missed practice on Thursday. He also missed Friday's session.

The questionable designation is supposed to denote a 50 percent chance of playing and that sounds about right at this point. Watkins will likely be a game-time decision against the Chiefs. He's been excellent this season, catching 38 passes for 590 yards and five touchdowns. Watkins, a first-round pick in 2014, has been a big part of Buffalo's success this season.

Fantasy Impact: Doug Marrone doesn't give a ton of information about injuries and he already has something of a reputation when it comes to saying one thing and doing another. But Watkins is probably a legitimate game-time decision, which kind of leaves fantasy owners out to dry. That said, the Bills and Chiefs play in the early slate of games so there will be time to peruse the inactives list.
