This is like dropping something in the ocean. It falls in at the edge, and the undulation just keeps carrying it ... and carrying it ... and carrying it ... and ... well, I'm disappointed Harbaugh didn't dive into the flag and swim after it.

But did he lose it? Or toss it?

Harbaugh's hat got blown onto the humongous flag and somebody quickly retrieved it as flag got rolled up and tossed it to #49ers coach.
