The Chicago quarterback threw two interceptions in the third quarter of Sunday's game. We break down the fantasy implications.

After back-to-back games without any interceptions, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler struggled to keep possession of the ball in Week 4. The quarterback threw two interceptions Sunday, both in the third quarter, as the Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers, 38-17.

Cutler completed 22 passes on 34 attempts for 256 yards in the game, with touchdown passes to wide receivers Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. He also ran the ball three times for 29 yards.

Fantasy impact: This is part of the package with Cutler. He has extreme upside, but will occasionally make baffling decisions leading to turnovers. That downside will always keep his overall value in check, even if he goes a few games without any issues popping up.

Still, with Jeffery, Marshall, tight end Martellus Bennett and running back Matt Forte all available as weapons, Cutler will always have enormous upside in fantasy. He's a low-end QB1 for the rest of the season, but there will be some games where he'll perform at a much higher level.
