The Ravens quarterback threw for three touchdowns and more than 300 yards Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco had a huge game Sunday. In the team's 38-10 win over the Carolina Panthers, Flacco had his first game with at least three touchdowns and no interceptions since Week 3 of 2011.

Flacco threw for 327 yards on 22-of-31 passing in the game, with three touchdowns -- two to Steve Smith Sr. in the first half and one to Torrey Smith in the third quarter. The quarterback now has seven touchdowns against only two interceptions on the season, and his 137.4 passer rating Sunday was the highest single-game number of his career.

Fantasy impact: With Peyton Manning, Russell Wilson, Andy Dalton, Carson Palmer and a few fantasy-irrelevant quarterbacks on bye, it wouldn't be a shock if some fantasy owners were forced into using the normally unusable Flacco, and he rewarded those owners with his best day in a long while. Though Flacco threw for more yards (345) in Week 1, that came on 62 pass attempts, against half as many in Sunday's game.

Flacco has a relatively friendly schedule the next three weeks, facing Indianapolis, Tampa Bay and Atlanta. That said, it's hard to imagine he keeps producing like he did Sunday. Flacco might be back on the radar, but he's still no better than a QB2.
