After a dull performance during the week against Málaga, Barca got their mojo back and defeated Granada.

Barcelona recovered from a listless scoreless draw during the midweek with a thorough 6-0 thumping of Granada at the Camp Nou. Neymar led the way for the Blaugrana with a hat-trick, as Jose Enrique's side refund the creative spark that they'd been lacking in their last couple games ... that or Granda is just really poor. Either way, it's a solid victory for Barca as their defense remained unsecured upon so far this season.

Granada came out strong and nearly grabbed the lead in the 7th minute. Dmitri Foulquier made a great fun down the left wing but Jérémy Mathieu was able to block his shot. The rebound went right to Youssef El Arabi who somehow managed to curl a shot around defenders that skipped off the crossbar.

Barcelona fired right back with chances of their own. Munir came close in the 10th minute, getting on the end of Mathieu's soft pass but sending his shot wide of the post. In defense of the 19-year-old his body was at an awkward angle, but it's a finish that many will be expecting him to make as his career continues. Messi scored two minutes later, but the linesman's flag was up, disallowing the goal.

The inevitable goal arrived in the 26th minute after a dreadful giveaway in the attacking third caused by pressure from Ivan Rakitić. The midfielder wasted no time finding Neymar who tried to name the ball through the feet of Jean-Sylvain Babin, causing the it to deflect up in the air and over the head of Roberto. The Granada keeper desperately scrambled towards the slow rolling ball, but he couldn't stop it from crossing the line and giving Barca a 1-0 lead.

Less than a minute after Granada's Issac Success missed header that could have pulled them even, Barca struck again and doubled their lead. Ivan Rakitić scored the goal, but it was Messi's cross that stole the show. The Argentine striker danced past two defender on the right side of the box before sending a pinpoint cross to Rakitić for the finish right in front of goal.

Less than three minutes later Neymar scored his second goal of the match, finishing off a loose ball from close range to give Barca a 3-0 lead at halftime. Messi fed Munir with a through ball but Roberto took the ball off the youngster's feet, blocking it right to Neymar who hammered it into the empty goal.

Messi made a nuisance of himself in the second half, but it took awhile for him to finally score. Roberto saved a curling free kick at the near post early in the half, but finally in the 62nd minute Messi got his goal finishing off a lovely ball from Dani Alves to extend the Barca lead to 4-0. It was also 400th goal of Messi's professional career.

Neymar completed his hat-trick four minutes after Messi's goal, taking advantage of an assist from the Argentine striker and the Granda defense getting too far forward and leaving him wide open in the box. The only thing that could've stopped Neymar was a lucky deflection or a terrible shot, but the Brazilian threaded the ball through three defenders and past Roberto.

Messi scored his second goal of the match in the 82nd minute, dispossessing Murillo 30-yards from goal before drawing out Roberto and beating him to his right to make it 6-0.
